Mas mezcla! (More mud!) More cement! Mas agua porforvor! Hand me a block, hey Lewis what's next?
The ice cream bike screeches to a halt, as does the production. Ice cream! Is it safe to eat? How much? Is that all? Ice cream for everyone! Where did all these kids come from? And such is life on a construction mission in Guatemala.
Oh joy--swollen legs again. A small price to pay for Kingdom service. Suitcases and backpack piled high on the end of my bed. I got this "legs above the heart" thing down pat.

We worked our fingers to the bone, or at least to another layer of skin, guzzled water like mad men and shouted Halleluia! every now and then. We were busy and pressed to finish but paused every time to give a child, who stopped by, a smile and a thumbs up. After all, why were we really here? To build a wall or to share the love of Jesus. The team shared all they had with the children and adults alike.

We drove out to the beach to catch the sunset and a group photo.

We had a great last day, a great week --- tired, exhausted and ready to head home--hoping to arrive by midnight Saturday.
Thanks once again for all of your prayers, encouraging words and support.

Lewis
